Little Tart is an Oakland, CA resident by way of the hippy heart of the industrial midwest (not Madison, the other one) and the sultry humidity of Orleans parish.  Her interests are varied and include: archaeology, anthropology, museums, food justice, recipes, politics, science, humor, cats, cats and more cats, consumer rights, history, civil liberties, the EFF (sexiest advocacy group in the world), film, photography and Lindsey Lohan.
